BR-RO-065 – Lipsește codul de TVA / codul fiscal al vânzătorului

Ce spune regula

Identificatorul de înregistrare fiscala a Vanzatorului (BT-32) si/sau Identificatorul de TVA al Vanzatorului (BT-31) si/sau Identificatorul de TVA al reprezentantului fiscal al Vanzatorului (BT-63) trebuie sa fie înscris.

Cum o repari

Adaugă codul de TVA al vânzătorului (ex. RO12345678, cu TaxScheme 'VAT') sau, dacă nu e plătitor de TVA, codul de înregistrare fiscală (CUI fără 'RO', cu alt TaxScheme decât 'VAT').
