What it means

Every ProductCode in PhysicalStock and MovementOfGoods must exist in MasterFiles/Products.

Why it matters

ANAF uses D406 for risk analysis and compares it with the VAT return (D300) and D394. Mismatches like this do not block filing, but can lead to compliance letters or requests for clarification.

Common causes

• Products created during the period and left out of the exported list.
• A product code written differently (spaces, case).

1. Add the product to Products or fix the code.
